Official: Nissan Qashqai Black Edition

Nissan has developed a taste for the black stuff lately. After launching the Maxima Midnight and Note Black, now they have released the Nissan Qashqai Black Edition SV in the British market, featuring… well, lots of black stuff.

Nissan admits this is the first special edition Qashqai since the model’s debut in 2013, which kind of shows how little they care about it. But now that they’ve made one, they’ve put all their effort into offering customers something cool and interesting. Problem is though, they’re also asking a lot for those efforts, as Nissan Qashqai Black Edition starts from £27,310 with a dCi 110 hp engine and a 6-speed manual with 2WD.

For that you get, on the outside, 19” Black Ibiscus alloy wheels, Pearl Black metallic paint, front and rear styling plates and ‘Black Edition’ badged door entry guards. These are complemented with full black leather upholstery and a panoramic sunroof inside the cabin. All different models of the Qashqai have their pros and cons, but the real beauty of Qashqai Black is in terms of equipment. Based on the Tekna trim level, this model comes with a range of perviously optional goodies.
